Please read the following booking conditions carefully. BOOKING INFORMATION AND TERMS&CONDITIONS FOR OUR WORKSHOPS IN IRELAND (excluding workshops not organised by us. These are clearly indicated on the workshops page) Your deposit secures your place on the workshop and is non-refundable*. You will receive full details on the workshop and a request for the payment of the balance approximately four weeks before the workshop starts. If for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop but have a friend who can take your place you may transfer your deposit and balance (if any) to them. If we are able to fill the place we will refund your balance but your deposit remains non- refundable. No refunds or allowances can be made for days not attended. *In the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled (in over twenty years this has never happened), all workshop fees paid to us including deposits will be refunded. Payments for travel and accommodation are not part of the workshop fee and we will not be responsible for such payments. We advise that you have suitable insurance to cover such an eventuality. The photographs of each workshop area show the variety of locations that are available. Actual locations are decided on only a few days before the workshop begins and may or may not include the locations photographed. All summer workshops take place outdoors unless weather conditions make painting outdoors impossible. In such cases an indoor studio is available and painting continues. Some painting locations may require a walk over slopes and uneven ground. If this may be an issue for you please contact us immediately.
