If you have not attended one of my workshops before, please email if you have any questions.

Half Day workshops include a tea/coffee break and photographs of the subjects painted. .

SUMMER OUTDOOR WORKSHOPS
BARONSCOURT
Wed 28 - Thurs 29 May 2008 - £45.00
This workshop is being organised by Carol Archdale at Baronscourt Estate which is near Newton Stewart (approximately 9 miles from Omagh). Baronscourt has been home to the Duke of Abercorn’s family since 1612 and the estate offers countless subjects. For details, please contact Carol on 028 8225 8299. She also has information on accommodation in the area for those of you wishing to stay overnight.

GREYABBEY
Mon 16-Thurs 19 June 2008 - £90.00
Based at the 12th century Abbey ruins, just on the outskirts of the village, we are perfectly situated for the northern part of the Ards peninsula. As well as the historic countryside around Greyabbey, we are close to both the Strangford Lough and Irish Sea coasts.

THE MOURNES
Mon 30 June - Thursday 3 July 2008 - £90.00
The area around the Mourne Mountains is always popular with painters because of the varied and unspoilt landscape. Based in the Annesley Hall, Newcastle, we are well placed to visit the towns and coastal areas with the Mournes providing an ever present dramatic backdrop.

ANTRIM COAST AND GLENS
Mon 4 - Thurs 7 August 2008 - £90.00
Based in Glenarm, this will be my first workshop located in the world famous Antrim Coast and Glens. Even in Glenarm village itself, there are more than enough subjects, but we are close to the beauty of Glenarm River, Forest and Castle as well as the picturesque harbour at Carnlough. Glenarm is less than an hour’s drive from Belfast.

BOATS AND HARBOURS     FULLY BOOKED
Fri 5 Sep 2008 - £25.00
This is a one day workshop based in the Boathouse at Groomsport and is an ideal opportunity to practise boats and coastal scenes. Groomsport always has a wide variety of craft both in the water and out, to help get to grips with what is often a frustrating subject.

AUTUMN COLOURS        ALMOST FULL
Thurs 23 - Fri 24 Oct 2008 - £45.00
Based in Greyabbey, beside the Abbey ruins, this workshop is taking place quite late in the year but is timed to take advantage of the autumn colours that hopefully should be on display. The area is surrounded by mature woodland that will give us a great opportunity to observe and paint the changes to the landscape as winter approaches.
