BOOKING INFORMATION AND TERMS&CONDITIONS FOR OUR WORKSHOPS IN IRELAND (excluding workshops not organised
by us. These are clearly indicated on the workshops page)
All summer holiday courses are offered on a first come/first served basis. We are happy to take provisional bookings by phone
or by email but these must be confirmed with your deposit as soon as possible. People attending the eight week day
workshops have first refusal for the following session.
You should send a non-refundable deposit of £40.00 per workshop or holiday booked, with the balance payable four weeks
before the start. The address for cheques is at the bottom of the page. After this date, no refunds can be made, unless we can
fill the place, in which case we will refund the full amount less the £40.00 deposit. You can book a provisional place by phone or
by email
Alternatively, you may book online and pay via credit card or PayPal. When booking in this way, you will be charged a deposit of
£40.00 and we will send you an invoice for the balance approximately four weeks before the course begins. If you book a place
within four weeks of the starting date you will be charged the full course fee.
If you cancel but have a friend who can take your place, you may transfer your deposit and balance to them. To pay via credit
card or Paypal, click the appropriate button on the workshops page.
No refunds or allowances can be made for days not attended.
In the unlikely event of a workshop being cancelled (in over twenty years this has never happened), all workshop fees paid to
us including deposits will be refunded. Payments for travel and accommodation are not part of the workshop fee and we will
not be responsible for such payments. We advise that you have suitable insurance to cover such an eventuality.
The photographs of each workshop area show the variety of locations that are available. Actual locations are decided on only a
few days before the workshop begins and may or may not include the locations photographed.
All summer workshops take place outdoors unless weather conditions make painting outdoors impossible. In such cases an
indoor studio is available and painting continues. On some of the workshops accessing some painting locations may require
you to walk over slopes and uneven ground. If you have any mobility issues that could have a bearing on this please contact us
before booking. If you are a wheelchair user you are welcome to bring along a companion to assist you. There is no charge for
this if they are a non painter.
